The accommodation occupies the ground floor of a detached two-level property, with a separate apartment above. Guests have their own private accommodation and entrance. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire ground-floor home, including the bedroom, traditional Karpathiko sleeping area, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. You'll also have access to the property's surrounding terraces and gardens, as well as the accessible rooftop, where you can enjoy panoramic views across Aperi and the surrounding mountains and valley. The home occupies the ground floor of a detached two-level property with a separate apartment above. The upper apartment is not currently rented to guests, providing a peaceful and private stay. Free public parking is available directly outside the property and along both sides of the road. Spaces are not reserved. A pathway leads from the road up to the home's private entrance. Other things to note Foteini's House is located in a peaceful residential area of Aperi, surrounded by terraces and gardens. Guests also have access to the rooftop, which offers panoramic views across the village and surrounding mountains. Please supervise children carefully when using the rooftop or other elevated outdoor areas. The apartment occupies the ground floor of a detached two-apartment property. Access from the road to the apartment is via a long, elevated pathway, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Summer events & August 15: Aperi is an active traditional village, and local festivals and community events occasionally take place during the summer. Around August 15, a major local celebration takes place very close to the property. Guests should expect increased activity, music and noise, which may continue into the evening or night. As the home is in a residential area, we kindly ask guests to respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening and nighttime hours.
