Private guest house in secluded neighborhood. Six miles west of downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas. The space Wood burning fireplace and pool table. Pets are always welcome. Guest access Completely private. Outdoor kitchen available for use. Please note there are several steps leading to the guesthouse. It is not handicap accessible. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with various appliances (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, toaster, blender, etc.), but there is not an oven.
