Large private garden for enjoying the sun, with wonderful views of the mountains, equipped with a table for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A double bed and a single sofa bed (ideal for 2+1 families). Kitchen equipped with fridge, induction, microwave, Nespresso. Bathroom with shower and sink. Smart TV, free WiFi and work area. The space The apartment is an open space in a basement-level ground floor that overlooks a beautiful garden. The interior has three distinct areas: the dining-kitchen area, the TV sofa area (the sofa also becomes a single bed), and the double bed area with space for suitcases. The bathroom with a hallway is next to the sleeping area. Guest access Both the apartment and the garden are exclusively for guests and are not shared with other people. You can park your car outside the property two flights of stairs above the garage. You can drive up to the apartment only to unload and load your suitcases, after which the car must be immediately taken out to the public parking lot, where a space is also available for the disabled. Other things to note It is a particularly quiet place, and we ask that you respect the tranquility of the area. Especially after 10 pm, we ask that you no longer speak loudly in the garden, as voices carry easily in the evening silence and can disturb neighbors. The area is patrolled by several cuddly kittens, including ours, who keep rodents, lizards, and snakes away! Registration Details IT023026C25Y7GFCEQ
