The space Can host up to 6 persons. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms (one with a bath only, the 2nd with bath & shower) & 1 separate toilet. Modern kitchen & appliances. 2 large sofas in the living room. Wifi, Internet hub, cable TV. Pets are welcome. The garden is gated, therefore, protected. Plenty of space to park, both inside the enclosure, and outside the gates for guests. The temperature can be adjusted to your convenience (heating system in the winter & air cooling in the summer). Nets are available on the windows to keep insects out. Plenty of storage: cupboards, wardrobes, coat hangers, shelves. Bed sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, iron, hair dryer etc. are all provided on site. There's a washing machine & dryer. In the kitchen: there's a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and fridge freezer. 24h access. Guest access Gated garden, parking space at the front and inside. Other things to note Cleaning: Refundable 60 Euros charge for cleaning: it will be returned to you if the place is clean upon your departure. A fee of up to 50 Euros can be charged if you wish to have the apartment cleaned by the owners. You will be given a contract to read & sign upon registration to agree terms & conditions.
