The house is in a quiet location on the edge of the climatic health resort of Lenzkirch, surrounded by a property with old trees and direct access to meadows and forests. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance (5 min). The house is particularly suitable for families with children and nature-loving guests due to the spacious outdoor area. The space The 2-story house has 5 rooms, including 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and space for a total of 7 people, 1 living/dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. In addition to the garden, the outdoor area includes a terrace and a large balcony. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the house (with the exception of some basement rooms, such as the heating room) Other things to note The house, built in the 1960s, is a family house. My grandparents had it built back then and moved in with my great-grand-aunt. Since then, over all the years, all the children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren have spent countless wonderful vacations there, celebrated parties and enjoyed family gatherings in nature. The family and also somewhat personal flair can be felt throughout the house and means a lot to us. We hope that we can offer other families a nice place to relax, get together and enjoy.
