Your property is completely private, fenced on all sides. You have a Lounge/Kitchen diner, a separate large bedroom with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Other things to note During the month of December through to New Year the garden Christmas tree is lit up. The houses is also decorated for Christmas with an indoor tree and festive decorations. There is something rather magical about our little corner of Sussex as the nights draw in. Staplecross Bonfire – 31 October 2026 One of our favourite nights of the year happens right here in the village! Experience a wonderful traditional Sussex bonfire celebration, with a spectacular torchlit procession winding through Staplecross, more than 100 flaming torches, drummers, a huge bonfire and a fabulous firework display. It's a tremendous spectacle and a real taste of Sussex tradition. Christmas at Bedgebury In beneath the magnificent trees of Bedgebury National Pinetum as the forest is transformed by thousands of lights. The illuminated Christmas trail, music, festive food and hot chocolate make this a wonderful winter evening out. Christmas in Rye Beautiful at any time of year, Rye is especially magical at Christmas. Cobbled streets, twinkling lights, historic inns, independent shops and festive events make it perfect for Christmas shopping followed by a cosy pub lunch or dinner. Christmas Steam Trains Head to Tenterden for a nostalgic festive journey on the Kent & East Sussex Railway, with Santa Specials running through the beautiful Wealden countryside.
