Situated in the Calblanque Nature Reserve, overlooking the La Manga Club Resort - 5 minutes drive away. Set in its own grounds, this spacious villa sits behind a secure gate, with its own pool. The local village, Los Belones, has an impressive selection of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, bodegas and outdoor market. There are beaches nearby, offering sailing, kite and wind surfing. Other activities include walks, mountain biking, sailing, golf and tennis. The space This is a family house for 10-12 guests, with an open plan living and dining area with kitchen. This leads on to a covered terrace and pool area with a large dining table - perfect for entertaining! The exterior area and pool area is 'child' friendly but there is no dedicated safety fencing. There are three double bedrooms with own ensuite, plus additional 2 twin/double rooms with large shared shower room. The Villa has a relaxed feel, and numerous spaces in which to socialise or to quietly escape. It is in a Spanish village - not on a resort, there is privacy, peace with views of the surrounding area and the Mar Menor Guest access This enclosed property for 8 guests is entirely available for your use - the apartment below is also available as extra accommodation. This comprises a double bedroom with ensuite and a sitting room , kitchenette and sofa bed allowing for a maximum of 12 guests. However, the hot tub at the back of the property is not a part of the rental agreement. Other things to note During school half terms and holidays, the months of May, June, July, August and September. Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday on a 7, 14, 21 or 28 nightly basis - but we are currently very flexible to suit the best flights dates you can find.
