This 1300 sq' Condo is spacious with spectacular, lakeside views & a park-like surrounding community. All the neighborhood conveniences are available within 1.5 miles. Your private bedroom and in suite private bath is within this 2BR/2BA condo. The shared dining/living area has a wide open feel with lots of windows offering natural lighting and incredible views. Comfortable furnishings offer curling -up with a good read in Winter or relaxing in Summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, two coffee makers and electric range/oven. There's also a full size washer and dryer just off the kitchen inside the condo. Guests have full use of this large flat, except for the master suite. Full Flat rental is available at our sister vacation listing. Fresh linens will be provided at the beginning of your stay. Business travelers, Office Depot is nearby for all your office needs. The condo community is gated and secure with covered parking available on the ground floor with both stair/elevator access for protection from elements and easy portage of groceries and supplies. Boater's~ Come dock your own boat in view & walking distance of your balcony in this Full Service Marina. Boats here weathered Hurricane Ike fabulously. Slip rental is available for 'transient' or monthly options. Accommodates up to 37'. Enjoy two adjacent marina communities to the east, both within walking distance. Only 1.5 miles West is the Kemah Marina & the Boardwalk with all it's delightful dining & shop options. In between are the conveniences of home: Starbucks to Target, Golf to Grocery, Office Depot to Specs Liquor, Wal-Mart to Randall's Grocery, Anytime Fitness to longtime, local favorite eateries and the weekend Farmer's Market~ again, all within .75 -1.5 miles! So much to see and do in any of the nearby bay area cities of Kemah, Seabrook, NASA, League City, or Webster, and remember Downtown Houston/Galleria area is only 40 mins North & Galveston Island/UTMB is only 30 mins South, both via I45. Baybrook Mall, one of Houston areas top three malls, is only 15 mins away. Hobby airport is 25 mins away & we've made it to IAH in 45 mins. Since our home will be your home, owner(s) may be accompanied by a 24lb non-shedding "Schnoodle." She's a certified good canine citizen~ an affable character, who is gentle and well-mannered. We at times work from the condo. Also at times from Houston. If we're not in, we're just a text or call away and can give a friendly neighbor a shout if needed.
