Pleasant 40 m² apartment, ideal for a quiet stay in the Landes countryside. As a couple, with family or friends, you will enjoy comfortable and functional accommodation. Highlights • Bright and well-equipped apartment The space The accommodation is located in a very quiet area. The living room includes a kitchen, dining room and living room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with ceramic hobs and an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large closet 1 bathroom with large shower, vanity unit and toilet. Washing machine. Windows with roller shutters and mosquito nets Bath towels, bed linen and tea towels provided Air-conditioned accommodation Access to garden with dining area Shared family pool, heated by the sun's rays! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, accessible through a separate gate, as well as a fenced part of the garden. We occupy the other part of the house year-round. A free parking space is dedicated in front of the house. The pool can be accessed during reasonable hours (from 10 am to 8 pm). Children are under the full responsibility of the adults accompanying them. Other things to note We are a family of 4, including 2 children, and we have 3 dogs. Our dogs are trained and well-behaved. They don't bark (or very rarely). The plot of land dedicated to the rental accommodation is fenced so that guests are not disturbed by our animals. We are a bit outside the village; the bakery/grocery store is located 3-4 km away. 15 minutes from Dax, 25 minutes from Orthez and about 50 minutes from the Landes coast. When you check out, you will need to leave the property clean. Cleaning must be done thoroughly. In the event you choose not to do the cleaning, you will be charged a flat fee of €70. It is strictly forbidden to charge your electric or hybrid vehicle using the accommodation's electrical system. Thank you for following the safety rules
