The living space has a modern fitted kitchen, dining room to seat 12, sitting room with great sea and mountain views and a snug with Sat TV . Outside the villa is surrounded by safe fenced terraces with sea views, large charcoal BBQ and dining terrace with Tiki Bar and stools, sitting areas and a sun trap courtyard. There is a flat deck Roman style pool (sun all day) and it is a totally private space with large fully equipped sun terraces, and landscaped gardens. The grounds surround the house with darts and table tennis . Secure parking for 5 cars and a separate laundry. The Villa is very safe at the end of a no through lane but only a 5 minute drive from the beaches and shops.
