Welcome to Tai, a beautifully refreshed 1950s seaside bungalow where vintage charm meets modern comfort. Tai is located on Marine Parade overlooking Argyle Beach and is an easy 10 minute walk to the towns amenities and the Stewart Island Ferry Terminal. The space Living Area - Wifi. Smart TV. Fire and a heat pump / air conditioner. Sea views. Dining Area - Seating for 7 (table for four and three seats at the bench). Sea views. Kitchen - Full kitchen. Bathroom - Shower and vanity. Separate toilet. 3 Bedrooms - Heaters in each bedroom. All beds have electric blankets. Bedroom 1 & 2 have sea views. Laundry - Tub, washing machine and dryer. Guest access Entire 3 bedroom house. Other things to note 1 off street carpark (in front of garage). Free street parking is available 30m away. Please note that the bungalow is located on the waterfront. While this provides beautiful harbour views, guests may occasionally hear road traffic and sounds from the port and harbour. No parties or events please.
