The cottage has electricity and electric heating, a hot plate, a mini-fridge, an electric kettle, fan heaters, underfloor heating and a heat pump. An outdoor toilet, no shower. Guest access The cabin is 14 square meters. One room + small bathroom in a private area. No shower No running water, only a 30-liter water tank for washing dishes, brushing teeth, and cooking. You take a sea voyage with drinking water! Outdoor toilet right next to the cabin. Small stream - Løkbekken - runs along my property line. Swimming in Løkenstjødn is 15 minutes through the forest, on foot. Other things to note Remember to pay the toll to Autopark when driving up to the cabin. The fire pan should only be used in season for bonfires and open fires; mid-September to April.
