A gorgeous cottage that is both high tech and highly traditional. A large granite fireplace with underfloor heating ! Exposed granite walls and remote controlled lighting. The location is tranquil and perfect for the Cornish coast walks. There is a spa loo - and conventional one too ! Lots of outdoor suntrap seating and great views with lovely coastal walks on your doorstep. The space There is a good range of seating both inside and outside to give views and privacy. Guest access The back garden is long and well fenced. There is parking opposite the front of the cottage. Other things to note IMPORTANT : The TV is wifi access - NETFLIX / AMAZON and APPS - or you may wish to bring your own FIRESTICK. You won’t get conventional listings but can watch BBC and ITV through their player apps. The upstairs loo is a state of the art wash / spa electric loo and has a remote control: Heated seat - lit at night - cleans you ! NO LOO ROLL - but the downstairs loo is conventional etc. There are short internal stairs inside and out - one of the joys of the cottage is that it is set out over 4 levels - that makes it more interesting ( honestly ) but unsafe for children that are crawling / toddling. A babe in arms would be fine but you would need to bring a travel cot etc. The bedroom is large and has easily enough space snd the bathroom is large / good for changing nappies ( with underfloor heating - to keep baby warm ).
