A Privileged Situation The dynamic village of Le Bourget-du-Lac offers shops open all week, including Sunday mornings. On the leisure side, you are at the forefront: water activities, paddle and hiking on site, and ski resorts within 40 minutes. To make your travels easier, 2 private parking spaces are at your disposal. Guest access The apartment is completely independent and has its own access. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the following spaces: • Private outdoor spaces: You can enjoy a private area reserved for your use, ideal for organizing an outdoor barbecue or a game of ping pong. • Parking: To facilitate your travel (a vehicle is highly recommended), 2 free parking spaces are reserved for you. • Top floor privacy: As the accommodation occupies the second and top floor of the property, you enjoy absolute tranquility without neighbors above you. Although our children, Emilie and Anousone, live on the ground floor to welcome you and help you if needed, your accommodation and its adjoining land remain fully autonomous. Other things to note The lake, located 220 m above sea level, offers a privileged climate that you will enjoy on the sunny terrace until 6 p.m. in summer. For your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned in summer and has a stove in winter. Practical side: A vehicle is recommended to explore the area; two private parking spaces await you. The village is lively and its shops are open on Sunday mornings. Please note: The property has a smoke detector (no carbon monoxide detector). True to our desire for precision, we inform our guests that the road to the tunnel du chat (prohibited for heavy goods vehicles) is audible about 50 meters away, a slight downside largely offset by the dominant location and the beauty of the setting.
