Coti Chiavari is a small village in the Gulf of Ajaccio, 500 m above sea level, about 25 minutes from the beautiful Plage d'Argent. If you want to be more, the other listing allows you to come with more than 2, up to 6 people. The space Our home is located at the bottom of the village. Our house is very simple, it is a secondary residence where we come frequently . So we leave our belongings there, but in the bedroom, a closet is available for your belongings. You will have the ground floor, where there is a living room/kitchen of about 25 m², an independent toilet, a 9 m² bedroom (140 cm double bed) with its own bathroom, and a storage closet. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant holiday: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle . The glass window opens onto the large "plus" of our house: the terrace of about 100 m² with a magnificent sea view. Washing machine Coti is a small village in the countryside where there is only a library, a post office, and a small restaurant, "Chez Vero". You have to go shopping in Porticcio ( 35 min). There is a small convenience store 3 km away as well as the restaurant "le belvédère". Plage d'Argent, one of the most beautiful beaches on this coast, is 25 minutes away by car. Please note that Corsican roads are winding! Otherwise, you have to go down to ajaccio or Propriano, about 45 minutes from the house, to have a bigger choice of shops. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the silver beach ( famous beach mare e sol) , one of the most beautiful on this side of the island with its fine sand. Linen is provided (bed linen, one beach towel per person, one bath towel per person, two hand towels, a dish towel and a bath mat). The house should be left tidy and garbage pails emptied. We are on fertile ground so the very sloping garden is difficult to maintain, so impassable for our tenants, and not always aesthetic! But the terrace is more than enough! From Coti, you can go on many walks or mountain bike rides. Ideal for those who love nature. On the beaches, many activities offered.
