The space On entering this luxury villa, you are immediately struck by the light and space with its open plan environment and huge windows overlooking the wonderful sea views. The living area has comfortable sofas for sitting and a plasma screen satellite TV. There is WiFi satellite internet connection in the villa. Next to the living area you will find the dining area with modern dining table and chairs. Outside the kitchen is a BBQ dining area and infinity pool. This great outdoor area allows you to enjoy the amazing sea views! Then leading on from the dining area is the modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Heading down the marble staircase from the living area, the lower ground floor is where the three bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Each bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the lawned garden area. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and bath. The middle double bedroom has a fully equipped bathroom with shower unit opposite and the bedroom with twin beds, which can be tightly pushed together to a double bed, has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a small utility room where the washing machine is kept on the ground floor.
