Guest suite in Rockingham

Room with private bath in a small Inn in a small village. Room has king sized bed and couch. We do not accept pets. The space 1887 Victorian Inn. Original woodwork, plaster walls, and gold-leaf moldings. 100-foot front porch with river views for relaxing. There is a small sitting area in the upstairs hall with refrigerator (stocked with soft drinks, beer, and wine for purchase) and a microwave. Large yard surrounding the Inn. Basketball hoop in driveway. Barn to store bicycles or sports equipment. Eight acres of flat fields... good for all sports. 24 acres of woods including trails for mountain biking, hiking, running, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Guest access We have plenty of parking! Nice little town good for walking, biking, driving. No public transportation available. During your stay We live on first floor & are continually available - but guest accommodations are separate from ours. We will interact as much or as little as guest would like. Other things to note Ski Areas: 30 minutes to Magic Mountain 40 minutes to Okemo Mountain 50 minutes to Bromley Mountain 55 minutes to Stratton Mountain 60 minutes to Killington/Pico 60 minutes to Mount Snow
