Welcome to our cozy cottage in Åkes Hage, just outside Kalmar. Here, you stay just about 200 meters from the sea, with a beach and sauna within walking distance – perfect for a relaxing summer getaway. The cottage is approximately 50 square meters (538 square feet) and cleverly laid out, with four smaller bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. There are a total of 10 beds here (including the sofa bed). Large patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. This is a simple and affordable place to stay that is suitable for larger groups who want to stay together and prioritize location over large spaces. The space About the cottage: - 10 beds divided between 4 bedrooms and the living room - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and coffee maker) - Toilet and shower - A charcoal grill is available for wonderful barbecue evenings Location & Surroundings: - Only about 200 meters to the sea - A sauna is available for use down by the sea - There are a soccer field, a boules court, and a playground in the area. - Small kiosk by the bathing jetty in Sandvik - About 10 minutes by car to the grocery store - About 10 minutes by car to Vita Sands Camping (trampoline, playground, mini golf, kiosk, and swimming) - About 20 minutes by car to Kalmar Ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy the summer by the sea, with both tranquility and activities within easy reach. There is a patio here with the possibility to sit outside and enjoy the calm. Access to the sauna by the sea is within walking distance. Parking is available next to the cabin. Other things to note Rules for staying at the summer cottage To ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay, we ask you to follow these rules: General: - Please take care of the cottage and the furnishings. - Be considerate of neighbors and the surrounding area - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Smoking & Pets: - Smoking is not allowed indoors -Pets are not allowed Cleaning: - The cottage should be left in the same condition as upon arrival. - Wash the dishes and wipe down all surfaces - Vacuuming and mopping of floors are to be done - Empty the trash and the fridge and freezer of your own items Waste: - Sort garbage according to instructions - Dispose of garbage in the designated place on departure. Damages: - Any damage or issues must be reported immediately. - The tenant is responsible for any damages that occur during the stay. Checkout: - Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure - You will receive the code for the cabin on the day of arrival What to bring: - Bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels are to be brought by the tenant.
