Welcome to your retreat on the Asturian coast! This charming, spacious two-story house is located in the beautiful coastal town of Colunga, just a short walk from the beach. It is ideal for families looking to enjoy nature and relax while taking in incredible views of the entire coastline and mountains from the living room's private viewing area. You will enjoy a magnificent, completely private 1,000 m² green space, fully equipped for spending unforgettable moments outdoors. The space As you can see in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces: - A living-dining room area with TV, WI-FI, dining table and a gazebo with incredible views towards the sea and the mountains. - Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.. - Three bedrooms with double bed. - Two bathrooms with bathtub. - An entrance-lounge area in the lower part with a double sofa bed and a small desk. - A green area of 1000 square meters with wood oven, gazebo, hammocks for sunbathing and space for two cars. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire property. - Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. - The property has underfloor heating and a fireplace (decorative, not usable). - Hot water is provided by an electric water heater. It is important to note that it can run out and then it is necessary to wait for it to fill up again. Other things to note - Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975. - For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old. - It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. - Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
