Welcome to our cottage Other things to note 'Achtern Dieck 68e'. On the edge of the beach park Baabe, located in the Baaber Heide, stands our lovingly furnished bungalow "Achtern Dieck 68e" with large terrace and barbecue for the cozy hours in the evening. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. It is only about 80 meters to the long, white sand beach. Here, sun worshippers and sandcastle makers will enjoy their money's worth. Notes on additional charges and fees: Please note that in New Year's Eve week the object can only be booked on a weekly basis at the fixed price, arrival/departure day flexible. 150,- € security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rent. (over New Year's Eve 200,- €). The security deposit will be refunded minus the additional costs after departure. Costs for electricity (0.35€ / kWh) and gas (0.98€ / m³) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Water is included and charged with the security deposit paid for. Bed and bath linen can be ordered on request for a fee. The spa tax is due before arrival. Parking space in the vicinity of the house is available free of charge. Another parking lot can be rented for a fee. A pet can be booked for extra charge. To book more pets, please contact your agency. Maximum two small dogs or a normal large dog allowed. The house has one bedroom, one shower room and one cozily furnished living room with open kitchen and a dining area. You can relax wonderfully here after a long beach hike. In the colder season, an electric underfloor heating provides pleasant "foot heat". Be our guest. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
