Step inside and you’ll find exposed stone walls, vaulted ceilings and a stunning mezzanine bedroom that gives the barn its unique charm. The open-plan living space is warm, inviting and made for cosy evenings in. Light the log burner, sink into the sofa and enjoy a glass of wine while the fire crackles beside you. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day exploring the Peak District or cooking a relaxed evening meal after a long countryside walk. One of the things guests love most about Croft Farm Barn is the outdoor space. Unlike many dog-friendly properties, we offer a secure private dog garden where your four-legged friend can run, play and explore safely while you sit back and take in the views. Beyond the garden, the surrounding countryside stretches as far as the eye can see, creating a wonderful sense of space, freedom and privacy. As the sun begins to set, gather around the firepit with a drink in hand and watch the sky change colour over the fields. On colder evenings, head back inside, light the wood burner and enjoy the warmth and comfort of your countryside home from home. As a welcomed guest you have a private secure garden which is to the rear of the kitchen and parallel to the kitchen window. Please park your car in front of the Barn but please do not wander around the recently planted wild flowers meadow. If you need logs for the indoor or outdoor fire please do help yourself. Other things to note We do occasionally visit the farm but this is very much separate to the Barn itself and from a different access point and lane to ensure you have as much privacy as possible. As with the good old English weather we aim to crop hay twice a year from the neighbouring fields, but again this is separate from the Barn itself.
