Beautiful apartment! Well ventilated and bright, building in front of the beach, in one of the best locations in the city, close to bakery, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and general shops. Large room with dining and living room, full kitchen and laundry with washing machine. 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with 1 double bed and 1 double bed and the other bedroom 1 double bed with balcony and desk and 2 single mattresses, 5 pillows available. Available 6 aluminum beach chairs, 100 kg capacity, 3 umbrellas and 1 cooler. Visitors are not allowed in the accommodation. Great place to relax and enjoy the family. * No pets allowed. At the lodging, the use of an identification wristband is mandatory for all guests, and the vehicle will have to have an identification plate provided by the condominium for security, this plate must be returned at the exit along with the keys, if the return does not occur, there will be a fine of R$100.00 for each item not returned. Other things to note During the stay, ALL GUESTS must wear a wristband for identification and security. All mattresses have a protective cover, it is FORBIDDEN to remove them. To transport the separate mattresses, carry the mattress and do not pull on the cover, if it is damaged, the value of the item WILL BE CHARGED. We have 5 pillows with a cover (it is forbidden to use them without the cover). For more guests, bring additional pillows. We do not provide bed linen, bath towels, face towels, bath mats or dish towels. It is strictly FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE DINING TABLE OR ANY ITEM FROM ITS PLACE, as they are heavy furniture with glass, and there is a risk of breakage. We do not accept pets. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies, do not throw cigarette butts outside. We have ashtrays available. No smoking hookahs in the apartment. It accommodates 8 guests in total, including children and infants. The apartment must be left in the same condition as you received it, organized, all dishes washed and garbage removed and placed in the trash can in the basement. The previously agreed check-in and check-out times must be followed WITHOUT DELAYS, especially the check-out time. WE NEED TIME TO PREPARE THE APARTMENT FOR THE NEXT GUEST.
