Enjoy an evening under the stars by fire pit (Breeo Smokeless Pit) w/ adirondack chairs. We try to provide a few logs & kindling fire starters but you might want to get some more on your own. We recently added a BBQ and tools now that the weather is changing. Complimentary assortment of teas, a french press & coffee w/ milk frother, sweeteners and a few snacks are provided for your enjoyment. We love your fur babies, but this is a pet free rental. Nearest service stations in Gardiner or New Paltz (15 mins away) In winter months there is a plowing company that comes every snowfall to plow the entire driveway and the town plows / salts the roads pretty frequently. The guest house is located on 20 acres of a private estate. The main house is next door about 30 yards away where the owners live full time. There is a long winding, circular, shared driveway.
