This house is undoubtedly a very special property with a floor area of 230 m², carefully designed around a spectacular central courtyard where architectural tradition is combined with entertainment for all ages. It's the perfect retreat to unwind, enjoy the climate and share memorable moments with the complete peace of mind offered by an exclusive space. It has a beautiful private pool in the central courtyard, complemented by an outdoor shower, a relaxing hammock and a fully equipped BBQ area with utensils ready for your barbecues. We have a comfortable separate living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The social area is complemented by two Smart TVs, perfect for group entertainment. Rest is guaranteed in our six cosy rooms, designed to offer maximum comfort for up to eleven guests (with a total of seven beds and four and a half bathrooms). The master bedroom has its own private terrace. Each room is equipped with cotton linen, wardrobes and floor fans to keep the atmosphere cool. What's more, the windows still have beautiful colonial-style wooden doors which, when closed, act as blackout blinds. The configuration includes comfortable queen beds and twin beds, all perfectly arranged. For fun lovers, the outdoor spaces are unique: the little ones will have a fantastic tree house, while the whole group can enjoy the private mini football pitch, a traditional frog game table, and a variety of board games. During your stay, you and your group will have exclusive and private access to the entire house and all its facilities.
