The villa is located in a quiet area of a charming summer resort, 400 m from the municipal beach and 250 m from a wild beach access point. The villa can accommodate up to six guests. The space There are 3 bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom on the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, a fold-out corner sofa, a bathroom, and a utility room. The apartment opens onto a spacious terrace equipped with garden furniture for relaxing. In the garden, there is a wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna for an additional fee. There is a barbecue and a fire pit in the garden. There is a “no parties” policy on the property. Out of respect for the surroundings, this is a place intended solely for relaxation.
