Welcome to our "Aux sangliers des Ardennes" gîtes, located in an exceptional setting, just 28 km from Charleville-Mézières and 11 km from the charming fortified town of Rocroi. Enjoy a heated and covered swimming pool to be shared with the second gîte, air conditioning and a TV in each bedroom. Totally peaceful yet close to amenities (bakery, health center, restaurants, small supermarket in the village) for a relaxing stay, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends. The space One bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed A bedroom with two 90x200 beds Plus a sofa bed on the ground floor for 2 people. It is therefore possible to add 2 additional guests. The number of people is respected to ensure the comfort of our guests. Very important point for us! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to respect the neighborhood, student parties and hen/stag parties are not allowed. For your convenience, bed linens and towels can be provided during your stay. This service is offered as an option, at an extra charge. We are therefore close by if you need any information, while being careful to respect your privacy and peace and quiet. ⸻ 🏊‍♀️ The pool The pool is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 📍 It is shared with the occupants of the second accommodation on the property. It measures 10 meters by 4 meters, and its depth is 1.50 meters. It's perfect for cooling off and fully enjoying the sunny days ☀️ ♨️ The pool is heated until the end of November, so you can enjoy swimming for longer. 📜 Pool rules For everyone's comfort, hygiene and safety, we kindly ask that you respect the following rules: 🍽️ For hygiene reasons, please do not eat or drink in the pool area. 👨‍👩‍👧 For their safety, children must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or an adult chaperone. 🙏 Please also respect other guests and the pool access hours. Thank you for your understanding 😊 ⸻ 🌿 The outdoor areas Garden furniture is available so that you can make the most of the outdoor areas. If you move the tables, chairs or other items for your convenience, please put them back in their place at the end of the day. Powerful speakers and loud music are not suitable for the premises. The principle is simple: we welcome you to a clean and neat cottage, and we thank you for leaving it tidy and in the same condition upon your departure. It is through respect and collaboration from everyone that we can continue to keep this free.
