The space This spacious holiday villa in the northern area of Malaga province is the perfect retreat for a group of 14 people to spend their well-deserved holidays. The villa lies in a quiet countryside setting, surrounded by olive yards and a tranquil atmosphere. The villa is distributed into five, 12 sq-mt bedrooms with a wardrobe each. All bedrooms open onto a lovely patio: one is provided with one double bed and the other four have one double bed and one single bed each. The Queen-size beds are 1.50 x 2 metres, whereas the single beds are 1.05 x 2 metres. The bedrooms are provided with electric radiators and fans. Of the two bathrooms of the villa, one is adapted for people with reduced mobility and it features one shower. The biggest bathroom is provided with two washbasins, two showers and two toilets. Moving to the living area, you will find a recently-renewed living room also features a billiard pool and a Smart TV, as well as a picturesque fireplace; the fully-equipped independent kitchen is provided with a dining area, too. The welcoming outdoor area features one patio, where a BBQ is located. In addition to it, a few steps lead to a spacious pool area, located in an annexed area outside the house. There are 12 poolside sun loungers, thanks to which the whole family can sunbathe and rejoice in the awesome weather of Andalucia. Here, you will also find a dining area under a lovely vine-pergola and an outdoor toilet. The access to the villa is made possible by a 2 km-long unpaved lane.
