The space - 2 Bedrooms with box bed; - 3 Single mattresses; - 1 Smart TV (Living Room) - 20 MB Wi-Fi; - 1 ceiling fan in the living room; - 2 9000 BTU air-conditioners (bedrooms); - Table in the living room for 8 people to dine; - Complete kitchen with household utensils, appliances; - Toilet with tank and washing machine; - Elevator; - Balcony with ocean view, with barbecue, grill for meat, fish and skewers; - 2 Pub tables with 4 seats each on the balcony; - We have 4 beach chairs, a sun guard and a thermal for drinks for guests to use. Note 1: We do not provide linens and towels. Guests need to bring them. Note 2: Only one private garage, 5 meters long, for passenger cars only. Guest access Guests can access the building's common areas such as the garage, entrance hall, elevator and stairs. You will also have full access to the rented property.
