The cottage is situated in the grounds of our country home in a quiet rural location offering easy access to both Bere forest and the Meon Trail (disused railway line), both are perfect for walking, cycling and enjoying the scenery and wildlife.. The picturesque market town of Wickham has a beautiful church, the Mill is now a bustling antique centre and there are many independent shops and restaurants. We are also ideally suited to exploring the historic cities of Winchester and Portsmouth. The space The cottage has it's own private entrance, the large open plan living room and kitchen are comfortable and attractively furnished and open onto a terrace furnished with seating enjoying views of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine , oven, hob and microwave. There is a stylish downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a stunning bedroom with vaulted ceiling, oak beams and a super king size sleigh bed. The ensuite bathroom is an elegantly appointed and well lit. We can offer bike storage, off road parking and we supply tea, coffee and milk for your convenience. Wifi is also included along with an Amazon fire stick so that you can watch Netflix and Amazon prime video if you wish. Only a short drive to the historic cities of Winchester and Portsmouth's fascinating Naval Dockyard, whilst slightly further afield lie the Goodwood estate[home of Festival of Speed and Revival, and races} and the picturesque city of Chichester. Seaside visits can be made to Warsash , Bosham and West Wittering .
