Nestled under the trees at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, our gypsy caravan features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a spacious terrace exclusively for guests. Enjoy a gazebo illuminated by string lights and a summer kitchen set up inside an authentic wine barrel. Self check-in via keypad. Private access to the hot tub and steam room is available for an additional fee. The space Designed for two people, the caravan combines all the comforts needed for a country getaway within a cozy space. You will enjoy a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all the necessary tableware for preparing your meals. The caravan is heated to ensure a comfortable stay in any season. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available both inside the caravan and on the terrace. Shutters and a blackout curtain ensure your comfort. Outside, a private 30 m² terrace is reserved exclusively for guests. You can relax under the gazebo, share a meal in our summer kitchen—set up inside an authentic wine barrel—or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and the sound of birdsong. The caravan is located at the far end of our property, on a very quiet dead-end lane. Your space is entirely private and clearly defined to ensure tranquility. Our house is not visible from the caravan, and shrubs line the fence to protect your privacy. Check-in is fully self-service via a keypad entry system. Free on-site parking is available, as well as an electric vehicle charging station. (A charging station is available free of charge on the property. Charging takes place near our garage.) Our Jacuzzi and steam room are located in a separate area of ​​the property. They can be booked prior to your arrival (for an additional fee, subject to availability) for a private relaxation session. The caravan is located approximately 15 minutes from Montmirail, 20 minutes from Sézanne and its vineyard, 30 minutes from Provins (a UNESCO-listed medieval town), and about an hour from Épernay, the capital of Champagne. A car is essential to fully enjoy the region and discover the many Champagne houses, local producers, and country lanes. Good to know before your stay: accommodation for two adults only; pets allowed only upon prior request; minimum stay of two nights; check-in from 5:00 PM (earlier arrival possible subject to availability); visitors allowed only with prior approval; smoking permitted outdoors only, and subject to any local fire safety restrictions.
