The space Laurel House is situated in a quiet cul de sac of 10 houses & within a 2 minute walk has Buses, Pub & Restaurant, Takeaways, Shell garage & Little Waitrose, Supermarket & Off Licence, Ladies Hairdresser & Gents Barbers, Nail & Beauty Salon, Chemist, Café and a children's swing park just a few minutes away. We provide an information folder of maps, brochures, local interests, supermarkets (delivery available) and will help as much as we can to assist you in having an enjoyable stay. North Chingford has numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops and Chingford Rail Station with trains to London Liverpool Street in 25 minutes. In Chingford we are fortunate to have reliable transport links into the centre of London and also be on the edge of beautiful Epping Forest. Guest access At Laurel House you will have exclusive access to the entire house & garden on a self catering basis. There is parking for 2 vehicles on our private driveway. Other things to note It is possible for me to arrange a downstairs bedroom for anyone with mobility issues. By converting the separate lounge with the sofa bed it is very comfortable for 1 person. They would be able to access the wet room on the ground floor so no need to use the stairs. I also have a travel cot & bedding for our smaller guests if required. Please contact me for details.
