Beachside villa in Capo Bruzzano

My place is suitable for couples, families, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). The space The villa has the distinction of being a green oasis located in the Gulf of Capo Bruzzano, one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. Comfortable and equipped with every comfort, it is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation or for a business stay. Spread over two floors, with the living area on the ground floor - sea view - where you can sit in a large living room. The equipped kitchen and the bathroom with laundry complete this part of the house. Upstairs are the bedrooms: the first with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second with a double bed with a private bathroom and a terrace with a sea view; and the other with a loft with cantilevered beds and a shared bathroom. Guest access In the villa, a sofa and the large dining area are available to guests; the kitchen, equipped with a microwave and a large refrigerator; a covered veranda opens onto the park overlooking the sea, where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, relax while reading a book or listening to music. A large library and a collection of CDs are available for guests. The park, over three thousand meters, surrounds the house and is partly covered by tall trees that ensure a pleasant coolness even with the summer heat, and is partly enriched by Mediterranean plants: palm trees, oleanders, hibiscus, bougainvillea, ficus, making it an oasis of peace. Inside the park, there are two small ponds, where you can admire the papyrus in addition to the palm trees. From the park gate you can directly access the beach of Capo Bruzzano, which is composed of fine sand, pebbles and gravel. The fascinating cliff is reached by walking along the beach for about two hundred meters. Comfortable hammocks, positioned among the trees, look out to sea, inviting you to relax. Beyond the villa, only the beach, from where you can embrace the coast up to Roccella Ionica.
