Tiny house stay surrounded by nature

Stay in a tiny house in a green and peaceful setting The house is 7.20 m long and 2.50 m wide, and has 2 mezzanines. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Well insulated in a quiet village, you can relax inside - and outside - and admire the birds and squirrels that live in the small wood. It is set on blocks on a plot of more than 1000 m2, landscaped, with an outdoor space for eating and a barbecue, fruit trees... The space On the ground floor: - fully equipped kitchen area (dishes, fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher) - sofa ideal for admiring the view - bathroom with bathtub (and a beautiful view! Towels and hygiene products provided), dry toilet (instructions provided; it's simple and odorless) - storage with hangers for coats, drawer storage for shoes 2 mezzanines: - mezzanine bedroom accessible by the staircase with a double mattress and a storage space (+ hot/cold fan) - relaxation mezzanine accessible via the ladder with a thin mattress (one or two people can sleep on it - not safe for small children - mattress with non-standard dimensions because it is shorter) The house has a technical box in which there is a water heater and a circuit breaker that are accessible if needed. Outside there are: - Just in front of the house: a table with 4 chairs and a small barbecue - two deckchairs - an outdoor bathtub under construction (but already usable!) - a small table with 2 chairs in front of the blue cabin - a stone barbecue - several benches scattered on the grounds - lines for hanging your laundry - fruit trees - and a beautiful view of a small wood! Part of the property is still under construction. Thank you for your understanding! This is my main residence, and some of my belongings remain there permanently (wool in particular, please do not use it). The stuffed animals that you can see are handmade and are available for sale. Feel free to look at them, and contact me if you are interested. Guest access The grounds and the house are entirely at your disposal. However, the blue cabin and the garage are not accessible to guests. I may be present from time to time to take care of the laundry or the property: in this case, I will notify you in advance, and I will only come if you agree!
