Welcome to our family house in Dolna Banya. You will have the entire property to yourselves, including the yard and the swimming pool. The house has two floors, each with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The yard has a football pitch and a 4m x 8m swimming pool. Perfect for a great family vacation. Guests are welcome to enjoy all fruits that gron on the property when in season - sour 🍒, plums, wild plums, 🍇, 🍏, berries. Guest access The entire property is availavmble exclusively to you without any other guests. Other things to note Our property is intended for peaceful and relaxing stays. It is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings, and these are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and comply with local noise regulations. Loud music, excessive noise, and any activities that may disturb others are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with an additional afternoon quiet period from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum and refrain from playing music outdoors.
