The space With its grand double-fronted façade and spacious interiors, this beautifully presented holiday home just outside Tintagel offers the perfect base for larger families or groups. Built in 1910, the property blends character and comfort, with bright living spaces, modern conveniences and peaceful countryside surroundings. From the upper floor, enjoy sea views stretching beyond the surrounding fields, often dotted with grazing livestock. Upstairs, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. There is a flexible super-king room that can also be arranged as a twin, two king bedrooms and a room with two bunk beds. These rooms share two family bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower, and the other with a separate shower. A third shower room on the ground floor adds extra convenience for larger groups. The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Fully equipped with everything needed for cooking at home, it features a large cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, making group catering easy. In cooler months, gather around the wood burner in the cosy seating area, enjoy a film on the smart TV, or make use of the surround-sound hi-fi system for music-filled evenings. During warmer weather, throw open the double doors and step out onto the patio, complete with picnic benches, sun loungers and a BBQ - ideal for long summer afternoons. Other things to note The BBQ is available for use from April to October. We welcome up to 2 dogs on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms, are cleaned up after and are not left in the property unattended. There is an additional fee of £20/dog.
