Very safe streets with a police station being .5 miles away - Washer, dryer, dishwasher Guest access Full access if needed. Can also provide a car (Lexus IS-250 4DR) for an additional charge per day. Garage fits 2 with additional parking on the street (2 parking passes included). Other things to note OPTIONS: Open to renting out the upstairs 2nd story only for $800 which includes queen size bed, huge sectional sofa, and air mattress - will sleep 3-5 comfortably. There is a four night minimum stay but can be flexible! No cleaning fee but please treat it as your own home.
