Cozy winterized Skånelänga with a separate guesthouse just next to Brösarp's northern slopes. Here you live right in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, restaurants and farm shops. Right next to the house, the beech forest spreads out, with hiking trails right outside the door. Beautiful beaches like Haväng and Juleboda are about ten minutes away by car. The space Our house offers everything needed for a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, three sleeping lofts and a bathroom with shower. For fall and winter evenings, there is a fireplace that creates a warm and cozy feeling. There are two double bedrooms and three sleeping lofts, with a total of eight sleeping places. There's also a floor mattress in the loft of the guest house that can be moved wherever you want. In the courtyard, there is a generous dining table and several seating areas where you can enjoy meals on summer evenings. The guest house provides extra space for family or friends and makes the accommodation suitable for larger groups. For those who want to celebrate a little more, there is plenty of porcelain, serving platters and bowls, various glasses, tablecloth, champagne bucket and cake stand – everything you need to set up a nice dinner or party. The house is located down a smaller country road. Traffic passes by from time to time, especially during peak summer. The courtyard is fenced with fences, with an opening to the forest. There you can relax in the hammock, and in the autumn there is a possibility to pick mushrooms right next door. In the nearby area, there is Brösarps Gästgifveri, Talldungens Gårdshotell, as well as a grocery store, bakery and other services. Stenshuvud National Park and Kiviks Musteri are popular excursions in the area. A place for those of you who want to experience Österlen's nature, coast and charming villages – while staying close to nature. You are welcome any time of the year; the fireplace and floor heating provide good warmth. Guest access The entire main house and the guest house are available for our guests. You'll even have access to a laundry room. Other things to note Please bring your own linens, or you can: - Rent bed linens and 1 bath towel – SEK 100/person. - Get a made bed upon arrival + 1 bath towel - for groups of more than 4 people, SEK 1,000; otherwise, SEK 500. >> On short notice, we cannot always guarantee the rental of bed linens or bed-making.
