A second sleeping area with a double bed is located in the loft, accessible via a ladder in the utility room and overlooking the open plan area. Young children or elderly should not use the loft ladder. However, if the loft space is not suitable, the sofa bed in the living area can be used as an alternative solution. A travel cot and high chair are also available for infants, making the property family-friendly. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The bathroom offers a luxurious retreat with a stunning stone bathtub, perfect for unwinding, and a polished concrete wet room featuring a waterfall shower head, hand basin, toilet and dual fuel towel rail. The polished concrete flooring throughout the property has integrated underfloor heating, which guests can control to ensure maximum comfort in any season. The bi-folding doors lead to a south-facing patio enclosed by a glass balustrade overlooking the large front lawn, making it an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or dine alfresco. A premium Weber gas BBQ is available for guest use. Beyond the patio, guests have access to an extensive, fully enclosed garden surrounded by paddock fencing—perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities. Guest access Guests have full privacy and independence during their stay at Hardwick Lodge Barn. While the tree-lined driveway and parking area are shared with the owners, they have their own private garden, meaning guests have full use of the large front lawn for relaxation, outdoor activities, or simply enjoying the picturesque countryside views. The garage at the end of the driveway is not part of the guest house and is not accessible to guests. However, the entire guest house, including the garden, south-facing patio, and all interior spaces, is yours to enjoy during your stay.
