Our property is in an ideal area for lovers of trekking and slow tourism. We are located just 5 km from the Sanctuary of Graglia, in a perfect location to host those walking the Cammino di Oropa. The space The house has a small private garden, separated by a fence and connected to our green space, where we will be at your complete disposal for any need or information. 🪴 In your garden, you will find a table, an umbrella, and a swing to have breakfast or lunch while enjoying the landscape, immersed in the peace and silence of this place. The accommodation 🏡 is spread across two floors: On the lower floor there is: the living room with a modular sofa bed, which can be configured as a single or a double. 🍳The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and professional coffee machine. 📖 A reading corner and a storage room complete the floor. Upstairs, you will find: 🚻 the bathroom near the double bedroom. 🛌 the master bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a queen-size bed. From the upper floor, you can then access the balcony, which directly overlooks your garden. Private parking next to the entrance of your accommodation, with the possibility of easily and safely bringing any bikes or vehicles inside. Pets are welcome, both because of the nature of the place where we are located and because of the presence of our mascot Pippo 🐕: a small to medium-sized, elderly dog who is very calm and does not cause any disturbance.
