The space Located in beautiful North Shropshire countryside in the hamlet of Yorton, 1.1 miles from Clive and 1.6 miles from Grinshill where there are lovely woodland and walks such as The Shropshire Way and Goughs Walk. Popular with cyclists and mountain bikers. Approximately 8 miles from Shrewsbury town centre. Yorton has its own railway station, 3 - 4 minute walk from house, with links to Crewe and beyond and Shrewsbury and beyond. Few yards from the bus stop to Shrewsbury and Whitchurch Guest access Please feel free to use the lawn area up to the oak tree, but please supervise your dogs at all times. Please pick up doggy doo’s and place into the small black bin outside. You can enclose the patio area using the gate provided, by hooking the gate over the bricks (at the bottom of the steps). Please note there is no public access through the metal gate into the field behind the house. The footpath (Gough Walk) is up the right hand side of the field only - the farmer does not unfortunately allow you to do a loop around or across the field. The footpath is accessed by the Jubilee Tree in a gap between two houses. Other things to note Please note for long-term stays (28+ days) guests are responsible for washing linen & towels and keeping the property clean & tidy just like in a normal home. Alternative arrangements for changing linen/towels and cleaning, can be made at the time of booking.
