Sarah's Sheepfold

An old farmhouse set in 5 hectares for you to enjoy, with a stream in the valley. Quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes from the motorway if you want to explore the area (one hour from Caen, Bayeux, the WW2 D-day landing beaches, Mont St-Michel...) The space Upstairs, there is space for maximum 5 people plus a baby, with 3 bedrooms (1 single and 2 double, bedding and towels provided), with a travel cot for a baby (just bring the bedding for the baby) and a single floor mattress (with bedding) if needed, and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Downstairs, there is a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen and a shower room with shower and toilet. Outside is a garden, and you have access to the grass fields surrounding the house. NB there is a very friendly cat, normally not allowed in the house but if you are allergic it might cause a problem. No internet or TV but good phone and mobile data coverage. There is a small fridge in the kitchen, with a large fridge-freezer and a washing machine in the outside extension if needed. And a warning, the house is clean and hygienic, of course, but it's a 16th century farmhouse so inevitably will be dustier than a city hotel, don't come if you would be shocked by the occasional overlooked cobweb!! Guest access All the house is yours, plus the garden, and you can enjoy the surrounding grass fields. Other things to note The house has a septic tank, so please be sure to put only paper into the toilet, and to avoid using bleach or other products that might damage the eco-system.
