Welcome to Rose Villa a self catering house, in a quiet residential area however there is a vibrant night life with the Spintex road, Junction mall and Accra mall nearby. There are 8 cctv recording audio cameras covering the whole compound with electric fencing. Apart from 5 bedrooms (2 with jacuzzis) the price includes large living room/ dining room, big kitchen, garage and parking space for 3 extra cars. Property also has a huge double water reservoir and a massive generator. The space There is air-conditioning in the living room and in all the bed rooms. There are mounted televisions and writing desks in all the rooms. There is also a cctv camera at the electronic gate. Rose Villa has also got an electric fence on the wall. There is a washing machine that guest can use. Kitchen has a large 5 ring gas cooker. We also provide dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and cooking utensils. We also provide sheets, and towels for your bedroom and bathrooms. We now have a 30 kva generator plant so if there is a power outage you can still use the airconditioners and other electrical equipment easily. Guest access The whole house (5 bedrooms, living room and kitchen) inclusive of the price apart from the caretaker's room downstairs. Other things to note Guests now have to pay a fixed rate of either $2.50 or £2.00 or local currency equivalent (per day) for the electricity. The guests can therefore use the electricity (airconditioners /water heaters etc ) on an unlimited basis. There is free fast fibre optic wifi up to 45 gigabytes available, guests will have to top-up subsequently at their own discretion. We can also arrange hire of a 5 seater vehicle including a driver upon request. There is now a decent swimming pool facility about three minutes walk from the property which is good for children and adults.
