Guest house with boat slip

Welcome to a cozy little guesthouse in beautiful Kvicksund. You can get here by car, train or boat. In 2 minutes on foot you will reach Lake Mälaren where there is a boat mooring and swimming opportunities. The guesthouse is completely separated from the other houses on the property so you get undisturbed accommodation for yourself. A warm welcome to a quiet and cozy place close to nature! The space Upstairs there are 2 beds (80 cm wide) and a TV with Apple TV. Downstairs there is a comfortable sofa bed that can easily be made out (140 cm wide) as well as a dining area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette consists of a mini fridge with freezer compartment, 2 induction hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee press, crockery and utensils. Dishwashing is done in the bathroom or outdoors as there is a water outlet on the outside. To go upstairs, take the stairs that run through the boiler room. The boiler room sometimes makes noise when the water heater starts up, good to know if you are sensitive to noise. Please ask if you have any questions about this.
