Waterfront retreat on the St. Lawrence River. Escape to this peaceful 3-bedroom home in Lancaster, Ontario, where stunning river views, a spacious lawn, and direct waterfront access create the perfect setting for both recreational paddling and relaxation. Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water, unwind on the deck after biking the nearby trails, and experience the beauty of the St. Lawrence River from the comfort of a fully equipped home. The space There are three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. House is equipped with laundry. Couch in enterance room has a full pull out bed. The televison is Roku. The back bedroom TV. is set up for video gaming. We do no have kayaks or paddleboards but suggest guests bring their own. At the bottom of the driveway are the bike routes. There is a coffee maker and a Keurig we ask guests to bring their own coffee. There is a small beach area on the left of the front lawn. There is a fire pit by the water. Co-host Suzie can supply firewood $20-25 dollars.
