Relax in wonderful surroundings near the beach

Built in 2012, this is a clean and comfortable accomodation with good standards, only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach. We have fantastic treks for hiking in every direction just outside of the door. Fishing and swimming are popular, as is taking long walks with or without the camera and / or dog. Sjaustru is one of Gotland's hidden gems without too many people around. Nice and quiet for a relaxing break - welcome to our paradise! =0) The space Two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen / living area make up the approximately 50sqms. Parking is just outside and in front of the door is a small garden with furniture and a barbeque. It is surrounded by a fence but small dogs can probably escape underneath it. The bathroom has a washing machine (no dryer), a towel warmer and a shower (and a toilet, sink and cupboard of course), together with plenty of options to hang clothes for drying. The TV has plenty of channels and the wifi boasts a fast fiber broadband connection. Everything is clean and all guests have been very happy here. We can provide sheets, a full set of towels and cleaning for an extra fee, just let us know in advance. We can also provide a comfortable office-chair if needed but note that we need to be informed of all of the above in advance if you want it waiting for you on arrival. The basics include a set of hand-towels in both the kitchen and bathroom, together with a couple of toilet-and kitchenrolls and of course pillows and quilts for the beds. The standards are high and you will find most things you need as it is very well equipped. Guest access You have full access to the cottage and a private yard outside. Other things to note One bedroom has two single beds which can function as a double bed (let us know in advance which option you prefer). The other bedroom has two loft-beds with single beds below, ie four single beds. The loft-beds are more suited for children or small, supple people as they are quite high. The living-area is a combined kitchen / eating / lounge area, with a corner sofa. The main heating is a combined heater / air conditioner but there is also underfloor heating everywhere. One bedroom has a wooden floor, the rest consists of tiles so it is very easy to clean. Check-in can be arranged practically any time of the day as there is a key-lock outside. Sheets and bed-linen can be arranged for a fee if booked in advance.
