Bedandbreakfast54 is an apartment with 3 rooms in the front part of our modernly restored farmhouse dating from 1810 in Nijensleek (Drenthe). National parks, culture, picturesque villages, walking and cycling. Enjoy all the comfort and the beautiful surroundings. Minimum stay: 2 nights. PLEASE NOTE: the price quoted is for use of the double room based on 2 persons. IF YOU WANT TWO SEPARATE ROOMS FOR 2 PEOPLE: reserve 1 extra person (total 3 persons). Breakfast not included. The space In the small village of Nijensleek, located in Drenthe near Friesland and Overijssel, you will find Bedandbreakfast54, opened mid-2012. Our B&B is synonymous with the charm of the old, combined with comfort of the present. Our B&B is a 3 bedroom APARTMENT. We have 2 double rooms (dbl bed) and 1 single room for a possible accompanying guest BREAKFAST EXCLUDED (CAN BE SERVED UPON REQUEST). The double rooms have a private bathroom. The single room is sharing. Please note: the stated price refers to the double room used by 2 persons. If you do not want to share a double room: book 2 different rooms instead of 1 room, then book 1 extra person (total 3 people). GROUND FLOOR: private entrance to a spacious sitting/dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bath, stairs to three bedrooms on the 1st floor. FIRST FLOOR: 1 single room and adjacent double room with shared bathroom on the ground floor. Second double room with private bathroom. In the BACKYARD is a PRIVATE TERRACE where you can enjoy the rural feeling with a view of our neighbor's cows. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the last evening sun and beautiful garden. At the front is a bench where you can relax in the morning sun. Incidentally our Bed and Breakfast will be closed to make way for Gallery 54, with an exhibition of wooden art objects made by owner Maurits van Geel. Some objects are displayed in our B & B throughout the year. During your stay Our guests have a lot of privacy. We have traveled a lot ourselves and enjoy receiving domestic and foreign guests and to make people feel at home. Do you appreciate peace or interaction: we can settle for both! Other things to note We do not serve breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped to be self-sufficient. On request and at an additional cost, we can provide breakfast for you.
