Situated where the three countries Germany / Luxembourg / France meet. This spacious and quiet apartment with its private entrance through the garden, is surrounded by a rose hedge. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km). The space Cozy accommodation for 1, 2 or 3 guests that love nature. There is only one bedroom with a double bed and a full adequate single bed (plus cod, if requested). An alternative sleeping possibility is the couch in the living room. The apartment is equipped with everything, so that no linen, towels etc. must be brought along. The view from the windows of the living room is directed to the garden and to the opposite forest. Kastel-Staadt itself is full of history of the Celts, Romans and the Middle Ages and is a perfect starting point for hikes and numerous other activities (cultural, sporting, culinary) in the surrounding regions of SAARBURG, TRIER, LUXEMBURG and METZ (F), by bike, car and river boats. Guest access Access for guests The garden, with several seats, a large water basin and a small orchard with old apple trees, is also available to the guests of the apartment. A parking space for your car is on the property and a shelter for bicycles is also available. Other things to note If you want to travel by train, I'll pick you up from the train station in Saarburg! Flights: Frankfurt-Hahn, then by bus directly to Trier Central Station and by train to Saarburg - or - Flight to Luxembourg, then by bus or train to Trier Central Station and then by train to Saarburg.
