The little house Polën

In the heart of the Norman bocage, La Petite Maison welcomes you in its green setting for a rejuvenating break. 

Formerly the farmhouse bakery, it is now a cozy space, carefully renovated to provide you with comfort and tranquility, with its large private garden. A terrace offers a great view of the surrounding countryside and the setting sun. On the other side of the garden wall is the ceramicist's studio, whose dishes are available for your meals. The space Ideally located at the crossroads of the Manche and Calvados, "La petite maison" is 1 hour 15 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, 1 hour from Granville, 45 minutes from Caen, and 30 minutes from Bayeux and the D-Day landing beaches. It is also less than 10 minutes from all local shops (bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). The accommodation is totally independent. 

On the ground floor, the living room includes a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker (Bosch Tassimo brand), and toaster.
 The French window offers a view of the garden and provides access to the terrace.

 Next to it, the bathroom has a large shower, a sink and a toilet. It is also equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer.

 Upstairs, the very cozy bedroom has a large bed that can be transformed into two small single beds upon request. The duvet covers are made of linen, a material that is naturally temperature-controlled according to the season and hypoallergenic. A small sofa will allow you to take a short break to relax. A large window overlooking the garden contributes to the very natural and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Terrace: a table and two chairs, an umbrella and two deckchairs are available. Guest access You can access it by going to the very end of the cul-de-sac to enter the large courtyard and park there. The little Polën house is on your left as you enter the courtyard, behind the small stone wall, with a private driveway.
