Kitchen with toaster oven, coffee maker, induction oven, microwave, refrigerator. Private and quiet. 4 acres of woods invite your exploration. Private patio with grill. Just minutes to drive to Dickson Street and Walton Arts Center. Our dogbassadors love people and will do their best to make you feel at home! We have lived in NWA for over 35 years and we can steer you to to the best local restaurants and other entertainment sites. Washer and dryer available for stays over a week or emergencies. You will have a private entrance and be able to lock the door inside the apartment to have your privacy from the rest of the house. The apartment does not have any stairs. If you stay over 1 week, you may have access to the washer/dryer and those are up a flight of stairs. We live in the upper stories of the home and will be available to answer questions or help with any needs. We also love to socialize, however, we realize most people want some privacy and we are okay with that too! We have 3 dogbassadors, who are very friendly and will be excited to meet you! We will keep them out of your way though! Fayetteville is a wonderful, college town. Dickson Street, Walton Arts Center, Razorback stadium, Baum stadium, the Fayetteville Botanical Gardens, an awesome trail system for walking or biking, great local restaurants and food trucks. There is parking right in front of the guest suite. You would need a car to get to downtown unless you want to walk on the trails.
