Nice holiday home "Bienvenue" with sauna in Iviers

My holiday home is located in the foothills of the French Ardennes near the Belgian border, so close to the Netherlands but then you are completely in the silence of the French countryside. A wonderful environment for people who are looking for peace and enjoy long walks or bike rides on countless roads. The house is situated in the village of Iviers and has been carefully restored and furnished. There is a spacious garden behind the house and lovers can enjoy the infrared sauna. The space The house accommodates up to 5 guests. There is a cozy living room with wood-burning stove and a nice open kitchen with a five-burner gas stove, an oven and plenty of kitchen items to cook well. The bathroom has a large shower, a sink and an infrared sauna for two people. In the bedroom downstairs you will find a large double bed with electrically adjustable slatted bases. On the floor is a second bedroom with two single beds and a sitting area. A third single bed can be added. In the front yard is a small terrace where you can watch the village life pass by you. Behind the house is a terrace and a large garden where you can sit privately. Here are always both sun and shade spots. The garden is partially enclosed so that a dog can walk around freely. In the house there is a good 4g range, so you will soon get along well with your private bundle. Should you wish to use unlimited 4G data, it will cost €14 per week. To be settled with the deposit. The vacation home is always cleaned with care before the guests arrive. Guest access You will have the entire house at your disposal. You may also use the shed next to the house for your bike or motorbike. Other things to note The house is heated with a wood stove which creates a nice atmosphere, but in the winter you have to take into account that it can be fresh in the morning. There is always enough dry stove wood (and kindling) available. The bathroom and bedrooms can be quickly heated with electric radiators. The house has 4g wifi not super fast so works fine. Stove wood is included in the rental price but electricity will be charged separately, the cost for this is €0.30 per kwH. On arrival I ask €100,- deposit which will be charged on departure with the consumed electricity.
